The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Ltd (CISCO) was established in 1982. Its promoters were the Bank Of Cyprus, the Cyprus Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a World Bank affiliate. CISCO was the first investment banking institution in Cyprus.
