ATHENA CYPRUS INVESTMENT FUND (Athena, Company) was incorporated as a public limited company under Chapter 113 of the Companies Law 1948 on February 8, 1996 by the Hellenic Bank Group, acting as promoter. The company was established as a closed end approved investment fund in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 63 of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) regulations of 1995 and 1997. The company?s shares and warrants were first traded on the CSE floor on May 21, 1996.
