The village of Asomatos is on the outskirts of the West side of Limassol, near the orange groves of the Fassouri plantation, with Fassouri Water Park nearby. Ladies Mile Beach is a short drive away, as is the larger Curium Beach with its cafe facilities and proximity to the Curium Amphitheatre where various entertainments can be enjoyed. This attraction is well worth a visit especially if you are wary of snakes. Here they are behind glass, not threatened by human presence and it is fascinating to learn about their natural environment and which ones are and are not poisonous.
